In everything I do, I either put my heart, soul, passion, joy and the highest quality and skill into it, otherwise I leave it to those who are better suited to the respective topic.
I know from my own experience how difficult it is to give away things that you have accumulated around you. A lot of heart, love and soul is often put into these things.
And yet, many of the objects that you have accumulated around you over the years can paralyze you like depression.
In Ayurveda the elemental correspondence is KAPHA (earth/water). This element is essential when balanced; it only becomes pathological when there is an excess.
Experienced Ayurveda experts agree that KAPHA excess is the most difficult thing to solve.
This requires strong energies:
On the one hand, SHIVA, the destroyer in the sense of constant destruction and reconstruction. Sometimes you need the energy of a canon or a bomb to master the mountain of things you have collected in your living space.
On the other hand, SHAKTI, which stands for female energy and deals with the things in life carefully and lovingly.
